Yes! We do offer shipping to APO / FPO addresses at no extra charge to our service men and women for the 1st 100 of any product. After the first 100 product items we charge $0.24 per coin after that. Please keep in mind that shipping to an APO / FPO address will add 1-3 weeks to the order production and shipping timelines.

We will keep your mold in stock for 3 years. If you need more coins we can easily remake them for you with no added mold fee.

The weight of your challenge coin will depend on the size and design of the coin. Roughly speaking, 1.5” coins are about 1-1.1oz., 1.75” are about 1.5-1.65oz., and 2.0” are about 1.95-2.15oz.

Challenge coins can come in a variety of sizes and shapes but the most common coin size is 1.75”, followed by 2” and then 1.5”. If we have concerns about your selection our team will let you know the optimal size of your coin based on your design.

The majority of our coins are die struck into brass. Large, custom shaped, or designs with large cutout areas will be cast from a zinc alloy. We made a video that goes into further details 

The minimum coin order quantity is 25. You can order any quantity as long as it meets our minimum. There are various price point breaks based on quantity that provide some great savings.

All sales on custom products are final. We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. Many of our custom products are hand-made or involve hand processing and as a result will differ slightly from piece to piece and are not capable of matching the print 100%. Slight variations, as defined as aesthetic differences on 

Yes! We can offer rush production during certain times of the year for an extra charge. Our customer care team can answer any questions regarding rush options and availability. Rush Delivery is not available to APO/FPO addresses.

Once an order is sent to production the standard production and delivery turnaround time is 3 – 3.5 weeks. Our customer care team will advise you of specific timelines based on your custom order prior to order completion.

+ We’ll provide you an initial estimate and coin design proof within 24 hours of your submission.
+ If needed, we offer free revisions until we get the design exactly how you envisioned it.
+ Lastly, once you approve your final proof and complete the final invoice payment we will send your project to production.

Die struck coins have the designs transferred to a front & back mold, the raw brass being struck by each mold with enough force to transfer both the raised & recessed areas of the design into the brass. Die Cast molds are fit together and molten zinc metal is injected into the die to create the coin blank.

Challenge coins have various processes and types of coins to achieve different design stylings. Simply put, Soft Enamel are textured, with the enamel filled below the metal ridges, while Hard Enamel are smooth, the overfilled enamel polished smooth against the metal. You can have one side of your coin be soft enamel and the other side be hard enamel.

We want you to be 100% happy with your pins. Errors are rare, but If you find errors in craftsmanship, quality, or your delivery simply let us know within 7 days and we’ll move heaven and earth to put things right for you.

There are a variety of options you can choose when deciding to make your own custom challenge coin. Options can vary depending on your coin design and can be as simple or as complex as your desire.
